General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 890bd platform and all its services. When you create an account at 890bd, access the site, or use any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register at 890bd and use its services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 890bd may request the necessary documents to verify your age at any time.

2.2 Residential Restrictions

The user confirms that they do not reside in any country or region where online gaming activities are completely prohibited. 890bd reserves the right to refuse registration from any jurisdiction at its discretion.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one 890bd account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your 890bd account login details confidential. You should not share your user ID or password with anyone. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

890bd may request the necessary documents to verify identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All outstanding deposit balances will be returned before the account is closed, however bonus funds may be cancelled in accordance with the Terms.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 890bd is ৳300. Currently accepted payment methods are:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

Any one of the above methods may be used for each deposit. The balance will be added to the account once the deposit is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

Please note: Withdrawal processing time may depend on the account verification status, payment method availability, and completion of bonus wagering requirements.

4.3 Responsibility for Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions must be conducted from an account registered in the user's own name. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited. 890bd reserves the right to suspend any transaction if money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳5,000, regardless of the deposit amount.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make the bonus withdrawable, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible deposit.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
890bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of a breach of terms.
If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

890bd's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play. The decision to change a user's VIP tier is entirely at 890bd's own discretion.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

890bd ensures fair play as a safe and reliable platform. All game outcomes are determined by an automated Random Number Generator (RNG). The impartiality of this process is ensured through regular testing by third parties.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant bet or round may be considered void. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned. 890bd will not be liable for any loss suffered by the user due to a technical error.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

Placing bets using computer bots or automated software.
Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
Colluding with or coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

6.4 Betting Decisions Are Final

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Under specific circumstances (such as a decision by the game provider), a bet may be voided and the amount returned.
